A letter from Mr. H. Allan Sullivan, Editor, McCook Field, to Mr. Compton, Editor of Chemical Warfare in Edgewood, Maryland. Mr. Crompton apparently wishes to use Slipstream as a model for his new Chemical Warfare magazine, and had asked for information from Mr. Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan is giving details on the operation of the company.
